waited 3hours to see a doctor in a&e to be told i had done something to a ligament i phone up the next day to ask for support and then i get told i got a letter on the way out to me saying i need to go back in because YOU overlooked a fracture! this hasnt happened once its happened a few times and i think its appauling!
